Terms of Service

1. The service

TripTogether is a collaborative trip-planning tool for families, and a platform for travel agents to manage branded trips for their clients. Use of the service is subject to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Free plan and billing

Families get free use of the app up to the trip limit shown on the pricing page. Travel agents get a limited free tier, after which they can upgrade to a paid monthly Premium plan as shown on their dashboard. No automatic refunds unless agreed separately.

4. Agents and clients

An agent who invites a client to a trip is responsible for the business relationship with that client. TripTogether is not a party to the travel transaction between agent and client, and acts only as a technical tool.

5. User content

You're solely responsible for content you upload (documents, photos, messages). Don't upload abusive, illegal content, or content you're not authorized to share.

6. Fair use

Don't use the service to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of the system or other users.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or being error-free. TripTogether isn't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
