What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, gender (optional, for display), profile photo.
- Trip content: flight, lodging, itinerary, and expense details, chat messages, photos, and documents (e.g. passports) you upload.
- Login data: IP address, device/browser, timestamp, and approximate geographic location (country/city) — kept in an activity log for security purposes.
- Travel agents: business name, logo, and contact details an agent chooses to show their clients.
How we use it
- Running the service: showing your trips, sending invites and reminders.
- Sending transactional email (trip invites, sign-in links) via a third-party email provider (Brevo).
- Security: detecting suspicious sign-in attempts.
- Travel agents can see and manage only the clients they themselves added to trips they created — never another agent's clients.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Information is shared only among members of the same trip (so planning can be collaborative), and with technical providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, IP geolocation).
If you (or your agent) choose to add a phone number when sending an invite, the app builds a link that opens your own WhatsApp with a pre-filled message — you send it yourself, manually, inside WhatsApp. The number isn't stored beyond that action.
Retention
Data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request account and data deletion via the contact address below.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
